Notes:
- Could use a  Keiga, probably and of course Damnation and Dimir House Guard would be nice. 
- Also might want Chancellor of the Spires over Diluvian Primordial, simply for that mill 7 ability.
- Geth, Lord of the Vault?
- Needs Duplicant!
- Mana base could use a couple more duals. 
 - Mindcrank, Mimic Vat, and Treacherous Urge are other possible options.

Highlights:
- Oblivion Sower is the newest tech, and it seems really good here. 
- Lots of removal and defense; the Commander decks have been good to this deck.
- Kill it, mill it or steal it.
